The Psychiatry and Therapy Centre help individuals and their families through  difficult times. We are a group of dedicated professionals who each have more than ten years of training and experience in helping people with psychological distress and mental health issues. We provide a safe, confidential, non-judgemental setting in which to help explore issues and concerns. We will ensure that we deliver evidence-based treatments.
